Eduardo Vela Ruiz Biography

Eduardo Vela Ruiz, a Chilean, was conceived in Mount Vernon, New York in 1951.Eduardo considered a Bachelors degree in Tourism from Universidad La Salle Cancun and after that later in 1973 he qualified in Law degree from the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas. He began his first occupation in the Le Méridien Apollo, Amsterdam, Netherlands.
